The Office Limitation Act

This bill shall limit the number of governmental offices held by a single person in the DRACP to one. If someone already holds an office (Leader, 2ic, 3ic, President, Vice President, Senator, Ambassador):

• Leaders, 2ics/Presidents, and 3ics cannot run for office unless they are demoted to or step down to a non-leader rank.
• Vice Presidents, Senators, and Ambassadors cannot run for any office until their term has expired unless they decide to resign from their current office.

Incorrect Data

You did not get that many soldiers to join in the less than 1 day that you were leader nono. Stop giving urself more credit than u deserve. your total should be the same as Fort’s.

This data is definantly incorrect.

Nono: It’s going to be a bit inaccurate, of course. The only place where I could find how many soldiers there were was each leader’s last promo day. Fort’s last promo day was a few weeks before he retired. I don’t claim credit for all those soldiers. It was just the most accurate information I could find.

Some Statistics

I was bored and thought I’d figure out some statistics. I’ve charted the population growth of the ACP under all the leaders up through Kg. The number is based on the number of soldiers in the last promo day post the leader made before their retirement. I’ll do one later that includes all the leaders. Here are the numbers:

Oagal: 99

Fort: 206

Nono: 226

Rapidy: 241

Kg: 412

And here’s the chart:

So here are the leaders’ ranks based on population growth:

Hey It’s Nono

As the new VP, I may run things a bit differently. Meetings will still be every 2 weeks, and the next elections will remain, as scheduled, this December. I don’t know how meetings were run in the past, but I’d assume they’re different from my idea. I emphasize the word “idea” because we’ll just try this and see how it works before permanently implementing it. Here’s my idea for the meeting structure:

1. Open Discussion

For a minute or two, the senators discuss whatever they need to in order to prepare for the meeting.

2. Presentation

The meeting is called to order. The senators take turns presenting bills.

3. Discussion

Once a bill has been presented, take a few minutes to discuss it.

4. Voting

Once discussion is over, the bill is voted upon. Majority rules, so if more than half of the senators approve of the bill, it’s passed. Go back to step 2 and repeat until all bills have been voted upon.

5. Brainstorming

Once all the bills have either been passed or shot down, brainstorming begins. It lasts as long as it needs to. The senators discuss how to solve problems the ACP is currently dealing with.

6. Press Release

Once brainstorming is done, the meeting is over. I make a post on the ACP site summarizing the meeting and what was decided.

Give Dry a Chance!

Edit 2: Just thought I’d try the Next-Gens’ tactics against them.

Edit: This post was removed from the ACP site because it began fueling the rebellion and served as a gathering point for them. Anyway, they’re still putting out crap. Saint desperately needs to be contacted since Dry can’t really do anything right now. I think that all the Next-Gen soldiers should be fired, permanently guest-banned, and blacklisted.

It has come to my attention that Rapidy and Commando along with several other CP army soldiers, many of whom are in no way affiliated with the ACP, have started a rebellion known as the Next-Generation ACP in order to have an election. Shame on them! I’m skeptical about Dry’s upcoming leadership, as I’m sure many others are, but come on! Give the guy a chance! I’ve been demoted from leader without being able to prove myself, and it’s something I would not wish on anyone. It ruined my army career, and I don’t want to see Dry a year from now barely above the mod line being treated like crap because he complains about something that he certainly has the right to. Nobody should join the Next-Gen ACP. Everyone deserves a fair chance. With something to think about,

UPP

The recent ACP senatorial elections (in which, sadly, I lost to Foxtails) have inspired me to found a CP army political party (which I hope will inspire others to do so and make more of a party system to make candidate choice in CP army elections easier). This party will be called the United Penguin Party or UPP. Its only party value will be making CP armies as fair as possible. Other than this, a member’s doctrine can differ as much as they like. Anyone can choose to identify with the UPP (no registration will be required except to be a board member), and I will compile a list of anyone who does and put it up on this blog until a site is constructed for the party. One way I can know is if you comment on this post. I hope for this to be a multi-army party. The board members will be elected at a later date, so I’m temporarily the chairman of the UPP. If the party grows, I will ask leaders to put “(UPP)” next to candidates’ names in elections. Rock on!

Never Fear: Stev Is Here! | Bringing Nono Back AGAIN

I’ve promoted Stev (the ACP’s new 3rd in command) to admin so that he can help bring back the site. I’m excited to have him as a more important member of the Nono Central team! He’ll be refurbishing the site soon.

Well, with Stev making the site famous, I’ll have to come back as well. Expect to see from me:
