This bill shall limit the number of governmental offices held by a single person in the DRACP to one. If someone already holds an office (Leader, 2ic, 3ic, President, Vice President, Senator, Ambassador):
Leaders, 2ics/Presidents, and 3ics cannot run for office unless they are demoted to or step down to a non-leader rank.
