Prologue: Deceived

     As night tightened its dark and merciless grip on the cold streets of Snow Fort, Senator Div advanced warily down an alleyway. He turned the corner and was met by a penguin in a dark overcoat.

     “Do you… have the m…money?” Div managed, struggling to make articulate words in the unbearable cold.

     “No, I do not have the money,” the other penguin replied, “and niether shall you.”

     “But we had a deal!” Div protested.

     “Or so you thought… But you, my friend were deceived. The ACP has sat in their seat of power now for nearly 20 years and they believe that there is no threat that could possibly bring them down. Yes, you were deceived… and so were they.”
